Payments FAQ

Why can’t I see certain payment methods?

We are not accepting direct credit card or PayPal payments at the moment. Credit Card payments may be made through Venmo, please see below for details.

What are you your alternative payment options, and how do they work?

At the moment, we only accept payments via Zelle, Venmo, and crypto currencies.

Zelle – When checking out by selecting Zelle your order will be submitted after you press the Place Order button and the next screen will show you instructions on how to complete your payment. You will also be email a copy of your order which will also contain instructions on how to complete your order. Until your payment is received, your order will remain as “On Hold” status and will not be processed until payment has been received and verified.

Venmo – When checking out by selecting Venmo your order will be submitted after you press the Place Order button and the next screen will show you a QR code which you may scan using your mobile phone’s camera. You will also be email a copy of your order which will also contain instructions on how to complete your order, as well as a link which will take your to a page where you may make your payment. Until your payment is received, your order will remain as “On Hold” status and will not be processed until payment has been received and verified.

If you do not have a Venmo account, set up is fast and easy. You may download Venmo for iOS and Android.

I submitted payment for my order, now what?

Double Scorpio operates during business hours from Monday to Friday. Double Scorpio also observes and will be closed on all federal holidays. Since all payments require human verification, please allow up to 24 hours for your payment to be verified and your order processed. If your order was placed on a Friday after 3pm, your payment will not be verified and your order will not be processed until the next business day. If your order status has not changed in 24 hours from when you placed it, or 24 hours after the next business day if it was placed after 3pm on a Friday, please contact us at support@doublescorpio.com so we may assist you.
