Why can’t I see certain payment methods?
We are no longer able accept Direct Credit Card, PayPal, or Venmo payments.
What are you your alternative payment options, and how do they work?
We currently accept payments via Zelle, CashApp, and cryptocurrencies through Coinbase.
- Zelle:
When you select Zelle at checkout, your order will be submitted after clicking the Place Order button. The next screen will display instructions on completing your payment, and you’ll also receive an email with these instructions. Your order will remain in “On Hold” status until your payment is received and verified.

- I’m enrolled in the Zelle app with my debit card. Can I send money to small businesses?
No, not at this time. Currently, only consumers using Zelle through their financial institution’s mobile banking app can send and receive money with eligible small businesses. If you’re already using the Zelle app and enrolled with an eligible Visa or Mastercard debit card, you can continue using Zelle with friends, family and others you trust.
- CashApp:
To pay with CashApp, follow the instructions provided at checkout. For those new to CashApp, check out this helpful guide: Getting started with Cash App. - Cryptocurrencies (via Coinbase):
Payments through cryptocurrencies are processed via Coinbase. Select this option at checkout for detailed instructions on completing your transaction.
I submitted payment for my order, now what?
Double Scorpio operates Monday through Friday during regular business hours and observes all federal holidays. Since payments require human verification, please allow up to 24 hours for your payment to be verified and your order to be processed.
If you placed your order after 3 PM on a Friday, verification and processing will begin on the next business day.
If your order status hasn’t changed within 24 hours of placing it—or 24 hours after the next business day for orders placed after 3 PM on a Friday—please contact us at support@doublescorpio.com for assistance.
